Your new role
Currently, over 230 children are cared for at the Boppartshof daycare. Due to the positive growth, the groups are currently housed at three locations on the school campus. Our infrastructure is in a transitional phase: with the move into the new building in autumn 2027, the entire care offering will be united under one roof.
For this versatile and responsible task, we are looking for an experienced and committed management personality. You bring solid expertise, have organizational skills, and are passionate about working with children and staff. In your role, you bear overall responsibility for the further development as well as the operational management of the daycare – on a professional, personnel, pedagogical, administrative, and organizational level.
With regard to the new building, you will actively participate in the planning and design of the new premises. Together with your team and based on our framework concept and quality mission statement, you will shape the pedagogical, organizational, and operational processes. You support the staff in their pedagogical work and occasionally participate in the daily care routine.
In addition, you are responsible for the budget and maintain regular professional exchanges with the department heads as well as the managers of the other care locations.
This position suits you if you
- have a tertiary degree in social work or childhood education.
 - ideally bring several years of leadership experience as well as corresponding leadership training.
 - have gained professional experience in setting up or further developing childcare facilities.
 - possess pronounced organizational and administrative skills and consider reflective and conceptual teamwork among your strengths.
 - are characterized by an appreciative, solution-oriented, and professional attitude.
 - bring joy and commitment to working with staff, children, and their families in a dynamic environment.
 - like to take responsibility, act independently and reflectively, and remain resilient even in demanding situations.
