Personnel Consultant (M/F)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Personnel Consultant (M/F) to strengthen our specialised team in the industrial and construction sectors. This key position involves business development, client relationship management, and recruiting talents suited to the specific needs of these demanding fields.

Main Responsibilities

• Business development and acquisition of new clients in the industrial and construction sectors.

• Retention and management of an existing client portfolio.

• Analysis of client company needs and definition of job profiles.

• Sourcing, selection and evaluation of candidates (interviews, reference checks).

• Presentation of candidates to clients and monitoring of integrations.

• Advising clients and candidates on employment market trends.

• Administrative management of recruitment and placement files.

Required Qualifications

• Training in human resources, business management or equivalent field.

• Minimum of 3 years successful experience as a Personnel Consultant, ideally in the industrial and/or construction sectors.

• Excellent knowledge of the Vaud market.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and candidates.

• Proficiency in common IT tools (MS Office, CRM).

• Autonomy, proactivity and sense of responsibility.

• Mandatory category B driving licence.
