Your main tasksInterface & project management: Committed representation of the entire Operations area as responsible sub-project manager in complex and agile development projects.
Resource & specialist coordination: Structured resource planning as well as professional coordination and control of interdisciplinary teams from adjacent Operations departments to meet project-specific milestones.
Continuous optimisation: Preparation, moderation and follow-up of regular "Lessons Learned" sessions for sustainable process improvement and knowledge transfer.
Industrialisation & SOP: Overall responsibility for the industrialisation and commissioning of new production lines; this includes detailed planning, control and monitoring of all operational measures until successful handover to the final series production team.
Education: Successfully completed technical studies (HF, FH, university) in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production technology or a comparable field.
Professional experience: At least 5 years of solid professional experience in an equivalent position (industrialisation, production control or technical project management); a recognised project management certification is expressly advantageous.
Method competence: Very good and practical knowledge in handling Atlassian Jira for agile project control and documentation.
Personality: Independent, proactive and strongly goal-oriented working style, combined with assertiveness, high decision-making ability and pronounced organisational skills.
Communication & team: Cooperative and communicative personality with enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration in an international environment.
Languages: Business fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written; knowledge of French is an additional plus.
