About the job
Do you want to actively shape digitalisation? In this newly created key role, you are responsible for the further development of our business solutions, connecting the Facility Management department and IT, and driving innovative, business-oriented solutions forward.
Your tasks
- As a link between departments and IT, you identify digitalisation potentials, develop business-oriented solution concepts and accompany their implementation.
- You are responsible for the strategic further development of our solution portfolio, ensure transparency regarding responsibilities, roadmaps and dependencies, and represent the interests of the department towards the central corporate IT as well as external software partners.
- You ensure that the business solutions used meet the professional requirements as well as the relevant legal, regulatory and information security-related specifications - in close coordination with the responsible application managers.
- You coordinate the solution development process from requirements gathering through conception to implementation and accompany continuous optimisation during ongoing operations.
- You systematically analyse business processes, identify optimisation potentials and lead or accompany digitalisation, organisational and construction projects as a business analyst.
- With your understanding of digitalisation and modern technologies, you advise the departments on process optimisations, evaluate new solutions on the market and drive innovations forward.
Your profile
- A completed degree (HF/FH/University) in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable education and training with corresponding professional experience forms your professional basis.
- Several years of experience in business analysis as well as in managing digitalisation or solution projects enable you to successfully design, implement and further develop business solutions.
- You bring solid experience inrequirements engineering, stakeholder management and ideally in project management; knowledge inapplication or IT service management (ITIL) is an advantage.
- A pronounced understanding of business processes in the real estate environment and digitalisation as well as the ability to bring together different stakeholders in a solution-oriented manner characterise you.
- Your independent, structured and analytical way of working is complemented by high consulting and communication skills as well as very good German language skills.
