Your new tasks

• Participation in the sales phase, taking charge of contractual and financial aspects.
• Verification and opening of new projects in internal tools.
• FIN OPS support provided in tandem with the area OPS manager.
• Analysis of OPS Area results, with identification and proposals of solutions to ensure growth.
• Providing training and participating in the facilitation of improvement workshops for OPS staff.
• Ensuring financial support on budgeting and KST management.
• Active management of opportunities and risks in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Co-responsibility for Contract and Claim Management, including external negotiations, claims, Change Orders, correspondence and SIA 118 standards.
• Business financing, preparation of financial statements, invoice issuance and payment follow-up.
• Ensuring FRG/accounting compliance as well as data quality in the tools.
• Organisation and facilitation of project review meetings.
• Conducting financial analyses and KPIs in collaboration with the PM.
• Preparation of specific reports and presentation to management.
• Demonstrated competence in project closure.

Your talents and experience

• Holder of a university degree in management, ideally Bachelor or Master, in business or equivalent training
• Proven experience in managing complex commercial projects (IPMA C certification or higher required)
• Mastery of project management tools and main digital tools
• In-depth knowledge of business development and essential commercial strategies
• Excellent organisational skills, autonomy and proven team spirit
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of German is a major asset
• Open-mindedness towards new technologies, especially artificial intelligence
