- Implementation of Move, Add & Change services
- Support and further development of managed services solutions
- Participation and leadership in IT projects
- Support of sales and presales teams with technical questions
- Handling incidents in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Creation of documentation, solution concepts and system architectures
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT system technology or infrastructure
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
- Manufacturer certifications at the level of Microsoft Certified Expert
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with high self-motivation
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Driving licence category B

Profile
- Completed basic IT training in IT system technology as well as further training in the IT field (HF, FH)- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT system technology or infrastructure
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace solutions
- Manufacturer certifications at the level of Microsoft Certified Expert
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with high self-motivation
- Willingness for on-call duty
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
