To strengthen our team, we are looking for the following from 1 June 2026 or by arrangement:
Deputy Team Leader Nursing (Certified Nurse HF/FH, 80-100%)
Your mission
You combine active, professional nursing with clear leadership responsibility.
You are close to the team and our guests and, together with the team leader, ensure high-quality nursing in everyday life.
Your tasks
In nursing
- You take on the holistic care and support of our guests during early and late shifts
- You actively shape the nursing process from planning through implementation to evaluation
- You contribute your professional expertise and ensure high-quality nursing in everyday life
- You are present on the ward and work closely with the team as well as with relatives
In leadership
- You support the team leader in organisational and personnel tasks
- You take over operational leadership of the team in their absence
- You accompany and support employees professionally and personally in their daily work
- You promote a constructive, appreciative team culture
In development
- You actively participate in change processes
- You help shape the move and the future processes in the new care centre in particular
- Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH/DNII or equivalent recognised by the SRK
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care
- Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on responsibility in a leadership role
- High social competence, reliability, and assertiveness
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Willingness to work early and late shifts

- Completed training as a nurse HF/FH/DN2 or an equivalent qualification recognised by the SRK with several years of professional experience
- Additional qualification in adult education or pedagogy (SVEB 1 or higher) or willingness to acquire this qualification (we support you!)
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working with young people
- Organisational skills and the ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Willingness to participate in direct nursing (early & late shifts)
