Traffic Agent

For our client active in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for a traffic agent. The position is located in the canton of Neuchâtel (NE).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the daily coordination of traffic flows related to construction sites and real estate locations, taking into account the operational constraints defined by the company.
• Control access and movements in construction zones or managed properties to ensure compliance with instructions and internal rules.
• Communicate with field teams and external partners to convey the necessary information for the smooth running of traffic operations.
• Document traffic and circulation activities using the provided tools to allow reliable and structured monitoring of operations.
• Report to management any irregularities, incidents or situations that may affect safety, flow or organisation of traffic on the relevant sites.

Profile

• You have completed secondary-level education.
• You are comfortable in a structured environment with clear instructions.
• You demonstrate rigour and a sense of responsibility.
• You appreciate working in coordination with various stakeholders.
• You are willing to adapt to the operational requirements of the site.
• Fluent in French and ideally other common languages used on construction sites.
