ICT System Engineer with Focus on Collaboration Solutions (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the design, operation and continuous development of the Communication & Collaboration service with a focus on Microsoft 365 products
- In this role, you manage the application portfolio for communication and collaboration and ensure meaningful integration into the digital workplace
- As Service Owner Communication and Collaboration with a focus on M365, you create and support digital solutions based on Microsoft Power Automate to optimise work processes
- You gather requirements from the business units, analyse them and coordinate them with governance, engineering as well as internal and external partners
- In this role, you promote the use of applications, organise training sessions, create instructions and support users in the use of M365 solutions
- As Service Owner Communication and Collaboration with a focus on M365, you inform about disruptions and releases, coordinate the collaboration of all parties involved and participate in projects and rollouts
Qualifications:
- You have completed an IT or comparable technical education at HF or FH level and have a good understanding of complex IT and application landscapes.
- You express yourself confidently in spoken and written German and have good English skills to communicate complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience.
- You work cooperatively with different stakeholders, use your negotiation skills and find solution-oriented ways even with differing interests.
- You have solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate and implement digital solutions in the M365 environment in a practical and user-oriented manner.
- You have experience in requirements engineering and in developing solutions in the M365 environment and can systematically capture, analyse and translate requirements from the business units into viable solutions.
- You bring experience in the area of communication and collaboration, understand the benefits of modern communication and collaboration solutions for the digital workplace and ideally have already worked as a Service Owner or in a comparable role.
