Integrated Safety Specialist 80 - 100 %

What you achieve

• You lead and manage Integrated Safety projects in large companies wishing to sustainably improve their safety culture.
• In French-speaking Switzerland, you work on-site (about 50%) and also have the possibility to telework or work at our various locations (Lausanne, Fribourg, La Chaux-de-Fonds).
• You advise companies on implementing an effective safety system.
• You train company executives in Integrated Safety.
• You prepare specific action recommendations and actively support companies to reduce accident risks.

What you bring

• With a basic training as a technician or engineer, you have several years of professional experience in occupational safety as well as solid managerial experience (team management and company responsibilities).
• French is your mother tongue and you have at least a B1 level in German.
• You hold a qualification in safety, preferably at the STPS specialist level or CFST safety officer level.
• You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer orientation.
• You are characterised by your organisation and planning of professional activities as well as your agility and flexibility.
