Your tasks

• You support the head of the specialised OSH service in various projects and topics related to occupational safety and health protection.
• You assist business units in fulfilling their responsibilities and actively contribute to strengthening a sustainable safety culture.
• You conduct accident analyses as well as site audits.
• You are responsible for general OSH introductions for new employees and support initial and ongoing staff training.
• You participate in hazard identification and the implementation of resulting measures.
• You are an integral part of the Arnold Group's specialised OSH organisation and contribute your expertise to its continuous development.

Your skills

• You have a basic training in electrical engineering as well as further training as a specialist in occupational safety and health protection.
• You are familiar with topics related to fall protection, work on or near traffic, and underground work.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, even in demanding situations.
• You know how to persuade, communicate confidently, and show perseverance in implementing safety measures.
• You are willing to travel within Switzerland and neighbouring countries.
• You master French and can communicate effectively in German with your Swiss-German team.
• For you, occupational safety is not just a matter of rules: it is a conviction you embody daily.
