Skills
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder gleichwertig erforderlich.
- Leidenschaft für den Verkauf und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
- Technikaffinität und Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie Vertriebserfahrung.

About the job
Energie Belp is the regional partner for electricity, water, heat, and communication (Quickline partner). It plans, develops, installs, and operates the necessary infrastructure using the latest technology. In addition to the basic supply for around 12,000 inhabitants of Belp, Energie Belp also provides comprehensive services for utility companies and businesses. We are immediately looking for a customer advisor (m/f) who enriches our team with communication skills, sales talent, and genuine joy in advising.Your tasks:
• Active customer consulting in direct sales in our shop and by phone
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Implementation of sales strategies and achievement of sales targets
• Scheduling customer appointments and dispatching customer support staff
• Participation in the planning and implementation of market development measures
• Collaboration with the team for continuous optimization of the sales process
• Depending on interest and suitability, taking on additional tasks within the team
Your profile:
• Completed training in retail or equivalent basic education
• Passion for sales and dealing with people
• Strong communication skills and confident appearance
• Experience in customer consulting and sales of telecommunications and utility services is an advantage
• Flair for technology, IT affinity, and good MS Office skills; experience with Innosolv, e4, and QMC is an advantage
• High degree of initiative, goal orientation, and reliability
• Willingness to see changes and challenges as opportunities for personal development
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
