Senior Group Controller (m/f/d)

Role:
You are responsible for building and further developing comprehensive financial and management reporting to ensure financial transparency at all company levels.
You prepare monthly and annual financial statements for management and the board of directors, analyse them and comment on the results.
You conduct variance analyses and create ad hoc evaluations on current issues.
You design and optimise planning processes such as budgeting and forecasting throughout the company.
You support the creation of business models and their financial evaluation.
You further develop product costing and optimise it in close collaboration with other departments.
You actively contribute to the further development of accounting and controlling processes, especially in the area of intercompany billing and consolidation.
Responsibilities:
You have successfully completed studies in finance and controlling or a comparable qualification, such as expert in accounting and controlling or certified auditor.
You bring at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable role.
You have sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and consolidation.
Your working style is characterised by structure, organisation and analytical thinking.
You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written.
