What you can get moving.

• You are responsible for the Usage and Acquisition team in the Zurich metropolitan area, including the main station, urban stations and Europaallee, ensuring the achievement of economic objectives with a high quality of stay.
• With your team of about nine people, you will acquire new tenants and develop an interesting tenant mix in the portfolio for which you are responsible.
• You manage and develop your team both strategically and operationally and create transparency regarding objectives, priorities and results.
• You develop and maintain equal relationships with customers and internal partners.
• You carefully prepare challenging negotiations and conduct them to conclusion with the aim of securing partners suitable for the properties. In project management committees, you represent management in major projects.
• You collaborate on overarching projects of a conceptual, strategic or product-specific nature and, if necessary, take on leadership.

What you bring with you.

• Leadership skills and enthusiasm for personnel development with clear and respectful communication.
• Strong negotiation skills and confident stakeholder management in a complex real estate context.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a pragmatic and operational approach.
• You have many years of experience in the real estate sector or in the marketing or use of retail, gastronomy and office spaces and have successfully managed complex projects.
• A university or university of applied sciences degree in business administration, real estate management or similar, complemented by many years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Excellent command of German (C2) and good knowledge of French and/or English (B1) are required.
