What to expect
- Checking and processing invoices from nursing homes, Spitex and hospitals according to insurance-relevant criteria
- Written and telephone contact with our insured persons and service providers
- Collaboration with various internal interfaces
- Identifying irregularities during invoice verification and clarifying issues with service providers
What you bring
- Completed vocational training, A-levels or commercial college
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Solid MS Office user knowledge
- Independent, resilient and responsible personality with a strong customer and service orientation
