At JobSelect, we place both the ambitions of talents and the needs of companies at the heart of our mission to create lasting and successful collaborations.- Manage automation and regulation projects (HVAC - Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) from A to Z for tertiary or industrial infrastructures
- Define technical regulation solutions and validate principle diagrams in accordance with specifications
- Ensure project profitability, budget monitoring, and strict adherence to deployment schedules
- Be the primary contact for project owners, engineering offices, and supervise commissioning technicians and subcontractors
- Oversee testing phases, fine-tune installations, and ensure official handover to the client (with training if necessary)
- Proven experience in project management, with mandatory and demonstrated expertise in the MCR field (Measurement, Control, Regulation)
- Engineer or ES Technician diploma (in automation, electrical engineering, thermal, energy or equivalent)
- Excellent understanding of HVAC systems and building communication protocols
- Organised, proactive, with excellent communication skills and a real ability to unite teams around a common goal
- Perfect command of French; good knowledge of German or English is an asset
