We are looking for a Building Sector Manager to take charge of the development and management of our specialised division in construction trades.
A true driving force in the sector, you will have a dual responsibility: to develop your own activity as a personnel placement specialist while supporting and growing a team of placement specialists in the construction field.
Building Sector Manager - 100% Personnel Placement Specialist (M/F/D)
Your responsibilitiesDevelop and manage the Building sector: Take responsibility for the development and growth of the Building division.Define and implement commercial actions to develop the sector in Lausanne and its region.Identify new opportunities and expand our presence with construction stakeholders.Actively participate in the strategy and evolution of the sector.Develop and retain the client portfolioProspect new clients and develop sustainable commercial relationships.Retain and develop existing clients by being attentive to their needs.Understand the staffing needs of companies in the sector and propose suitable solutions.Build a solid network in the construction field.Manage your own placement activityEnsure recruitment and placement of personnel in building trades.Follow up with your clients and collaborators throughout assignments.Develop your own business portfolio and ensure its follow-up.Be a trusted contact for both clients and candidates.Manage and support the teamSupervise and support a team of placement specialists dedicated to the construction sector.Support collaborators in their daily activities and commercial development.Set objectives, monitor results and implement necessary actions for success.Share your experience and market knowledge to advance the team.Create a positive team dynamic, focused on performance and client satisfaction.We expect:Proven experience in personnel placement, ideally in the construction sector.Good knowledge of the building and construction market in French-speaking Switzerland.Management experience or real ability to supervise, support and unite a team.Strong commercial temperament and a keen interest in business development.Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to create lasting relationships with clients, candidates and collaborators.Results-oriented, with a genuine desire to develop and grow a sector.Driving licence.We offer:A position with significant responsibilities within the development of our Building activity.The opportunity to lead and grow a specialised construction division.A role combining commercial development, placement and management.A dynamic environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.The chance to build a true team dynamic and directly contribute to the company’s growth.
