Abacus Application Specialist - Your Guide through the ERP World (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 98,000Role:
In this role, you will provide support for project time tracking and expenses, guiding users calmly and clearly through complex questions regarding the Abacus systems. You are responsible for the structured handling of incoming support tickets, analysing complex issues, and finding pragmatic solutions that concretely help the users. You maintain an overview even in hectic situations, prioritise carefully, and communicate clearly and appropriately for the audience. You continuously develop your expertise in project time and expenses and use your curiosity to optimise processes and functions effectively. As a professional contact person, you strengthen users’ trust in the system and actively contribute to ensuring that digital workflows run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
You support users with Abacus support cases related to project management, time and expenses and find quick solutions
With your analytical thinking, you identify causes, optimise processes, and develop sustainable solutions
You create reports and evaluations and ensure greater transparency in the data
Thanks to your technical flair, you manage interfaces, ERP systems and infrastructure topics
You ideally move confidently in the fiduciary or legal sector
Qualifications:
You bring experience with Abacus or a strong support background.
Your strengths lie in problem analysis, user support and solution-oriented working methods
You are interested in ERP systems, interfaces and digital processes
Fluent written and spoken German completes your profile
