In this varied and responsible role, you are the central point of contact for our customers, service technicians and internal contacts. You organise national and international spare parts shipping and ensure professional and reliable customer care with your service-oriented approach. You bring your organisational talent, communication skills and commitment daily in a technical and dynamic environment. Together with a motivated team, you ensure that our customers can always count on first-class service and smooth order processing.

Your main tasks include:

• You receive customer enquiries by phone and in writing
• You ensure smooth spare parts management and timely shipping
• You organise and coordinate national and international shipping and customs procedures
• You carefully check and account for transport invoices and support correct cost allocation
• You manage the Quick-Service maintenance contract model
• You accompany the entire order process from quotation preparation through order entry to invoicing of spare parts and service assignments

• You have successfully completed commercial training and have experience in international customs and shipping as well as in cooperation with national and international freight forwarders
• You communicate confidently in German and can competently exchange with customers and business partners in French and English
• You feel comfortable in a technical, dynamic environment and keep an overview even in demanding situations
• You are a team-oriented personality with strong communication skills as well as an independent and reliable working style
• You enjoy daily contact with customers and convince with your service-oriented and solution-focused approach

• Desirable good knowledge of French and/or English
• Professional experience in a comparable role in customer service, internal sales or order processing
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP or comparable enterprise software
• Technical understanding and interest in machines, spare parts and technical contexts
