Apprenticeship Specialist in Facility Management EFZ

• You keep outdoor areas and buildings in good condition – you clean, repair and fix structural damage
• You monitor machines and building services systems, maintain them regularly and carry out minor repairs
• Replacing seals, lamps or door locks is also part of your daily routine
• You carefully check heating systems, electrical installations and sanitary facilities
• With tasks such as waste management, grounds maintenance, snow clearance and surface repairs, you ensure order and safety on the premises
• This way you ensure smooth operations and contribute to the preservation of our buildings

• You bring technical understanding and manual skills and always work conscientiously
• You are physically resilient and ready to get stuck in
• Teamwork and an interest in cleaning tasks characterise you

Holidays
In the 1st year of apprenticeship you have 8 weeks, in the 2nd year 7 weeks and in the following years 6 weeks of holiday.

During your training with us, you will take part in various events such as Welcome Day, advanced seminar, apprentice camp, graduation celebration, etc.

Financial support
With us, not only the salary is right: you receive a fair apprentice wage plus a 13th monthly salary. If you give your all at school, in the inter-company course and at the company, you can even secure a performance bonus. We pay for school materials and give you a financial contribution for your notebook. On top of that, you get a half-fare travelcard for your entire apprenticeship.
