We are looking for a new mechanical engineer for our client in the canton of Solothurn. With your academic degree in mechanical engineering and good technical knowledge, you will design production plants and develop them to series maturity. In addition, our client offers you various opportunities for further development so that you can take on new tasks in the future.
- You work interdisciplinarily with various departments to achieve the best possible results
- You carry out design calculations in plant development
- You design prototypes and develop them to final production
- You manage various customer projects and develop solution proposals
- Professional experience in engineering of industrial plants is a great advantage
- Good 3D CAD skills (preferably with SolidWorks, Creo or Siemens NX) as well as knowledge of FEM calculations are desirable
- Independent and reliable working style
- Good German and English skills, any additional language is an advantage
- Varied activity in an international working environment
- Targeted induction phase including support
- Good development and training opportunities
- Depending on the function, home office or remote work possible

Tasks
- You are responsible for new developments, special designs and further developments of the plants (concept creation, CAD design, FEM calculation)- You work interdisciplinarily with various departments to achieve the best possible results

Profile
- Completed studies as a mechanical engineer FH- Professional experience in engineering of industrial plants is a great advantage
