Service Technician (m/f/d)

Carrying out maintenance and safety inspections on state-of-the-art storage system solutions
Assembly, installation, and commissioning of machines and systems on site at the customer
Diagnosing and resolving faults, preventive maintenance measures, and carrying out repairs
Analysing and assessing technical systems to propose long-term optimisations
Conducting demonstrations and training for customers and users to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of the systems
Technical documentation of maintenance and repair work as well as close coordination with internal specialist departments
Independent organisation and planning of assignments taking into account customer requirements and operational priorities
Travel activity with occasional overnight stays to support regional and supra-regional customers
Qualifications:
Completed technical training as electrician EFZ, electronics technician EFZ, automation technician EFZ, or mechatronics technician EFZ
Solid mechanical knowledge as well as pronounced manual skills
Independent and responsible working style with high problem-solving competence
Strong communication and organisational skills for direct customer contact
Flexibility and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
Language skills: Very good German skills, French skills advantageous
Category B driving licence for mobile assignments
