What you can achieve
- You organise and lead the sensory panel, ensuring professional execution and evaluation.
- You provide expert guidance to panel participants, impart knowledge, and support cross-departmental sensory queries.
- You ensure our sensory expertise and develop existing methods and processes in a practical manner.
- You take on development and optimisation projects in the field of natural cheese and accompany products, recipes, and processes from idea to implementation.
- You plan and oversee trials, document results, and keep an eye on deadlines, quality, costs, and goals in your projects.
What you bring with you
- You have a degree in food science or a natural science discipline.
- Whether you are just starting your career or already experienced: what matters to us is your motivation, personality, and desire to make a difference.
- Experience in sensory analysis, data evaluation, or product development is a plus.
- You enjoy speaking in front of a group, can lead people, and feel comfortable in a professional leadership role.
- You are communicative, present, and bring the necessary energy and assertiveness.
- You are action-oriented, willing to get involved yourself, and at the same time work in a structured and independent manner.
