Workplace: Biel/Bienne

Your responsibilities

• Prepare tools and production equipment for our turning and grinding departments
• Manage tooling stock, electronic management "Toolbox"
• CMMS, distribution and monitoring of maintenance orders
• Collaborate with the Purchasing department to carry out requests for quotations
• Maintain an accurate inventory of tools by controlling entries and exits
• Design and manufacture new production tools, such as centreless loading blocks or fixtures
• Conventional mechanical work
• Contribute to continuous improvement, ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, and guarantee compliance with safety standards and manufacturer recommendations

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in mechanics, micromechanics or equivalent training. A minimum of 3 years’ experience would be an advantage
• You have good knowledge of cutting tools and machining technologies
• You have knowledge of electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics
• You are comfortable reading plans, diagrams and technical manuals
• You master the basic tools of the Office suite
• Knowledge of SAP is an asset
• You demonstrate meticulousness, precision and autonomy
• Your team spirit is strong, and you have solid organisational skills
• You are recognised for your responsibility, availability and versatility
