We are looking for a:
Mental Health Nurse Specialist
80%
LOCATION
CMS Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
MISSION
- Support clients with psychiatric disorders in achieving their life projects. Provide nursing care as well as general assessments at their home.
- Develop a therapeutic project in partnership with the client and their relatives, according to their progress and specific needs.
- Ensure follow-up of interdisciplinary care plans, in partnership with the client’s circle and healthcare network partners.
- Participate in the implementation of certain specific mental health tools

PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Red Cross is required)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in psychiatry, ideally in outpatient care
- Experience in CMS is an asset
- Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and common IT tools
- Ability to work independently, organised and able to manage unforeseen events
- Excellent interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and dynamism
- Teaching skills for supervising auxiliary staff and trainees
- Driving licence and vehicle (possibility to use a vehicle from the cantonal fleet)
