Your Tasks:
- Efficient handling of telephone and written customer enquiries in DE/FR
- Providing information on various questions from all contact persons via telephone, chat & e-mail
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Continuous monitoring of open pending issues
- Occasional administrative and coordination tasks
- Completed basic training advantageous (commercial clerk or retail specialist or similar)
- Previous professional experience in customer consulting / customer service / client support
- Confident German and French language skills
- Service-oriented, communicative and structured personality with drive
- Proficient use of PC & IT
- Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday
