Your area of responsibility
- Ensure the operation of all medical applications in the areas of radiology, nuclear medicine, pathology and laboratory medicine, be responsible for 2nd level support and drive their continuous development in close cooperation with internal stakeholders
- Gather requirements from the specialist departments, analyse processes and actively help shape optimisations and practical solutions in the clinical environment
- Coordinate changes, service requests, releases, tests, rollouts and training and ensure a structured, high-quality and practical implementation in the clinical environment
- Actively help shape interfaces, integrations and data flows, contribute requirements in demand and requirements management and promote knowledge exchange and documentation within the team
Your experience
- Completed studies or training in computer science, medical informatics or business informatics as well as experience in application management, business analysis or process management; knowledge of healthcare as well as interface and integration management is an advantage. Good English skills or experience in professional communication in English are desirable
- Think networked, recognise optimisation potential in complex processes and translate professional requirements into practical solutions
- Communicate clearly and target group-oriented and confidently interact with users, specialist departments, suppliers and internal IT units
- Act independently, set priorities confidently in a dynamic environment and act solution-oriented and reliably even under high pressure
