Our client is a specialised company in the Pforzheim area that manufactures highly precise products for medical technology as well as for demanding sectors such as measurement and control technology or aerospace. To strengthen the production team at the Pforzheim site, we are looking for a committed CNC Setter Turning (m/f/d) for shift work.

CNC Setter Turning (m/f/d)

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC turning machines
• Instructing and training operating personnel
• Supporting the department management in achieving departmental goals
• Ensuring high machine availability through professional setup and adjustment
• Optimising machining processes in terms of quality and cycle time
• Participating in the introduction of new products and manufacturing technologies
• Supporting continuous improvement processes in the turning area

• Completed training in a metalworking profession
• Several years of experience in setting up and programming CNC turning machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak controls is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Confident handling of technical drawings and measuring instruments
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Teamwork, sense of responsibility and structured working method
