The Association for the Development of Northern Vaud (ADNV) and the Gros-de-Vaud Region Association (ARGdV) bring together businesses and municipalities from their respective regions to serve economic development. We are jointly looking for a shared position for our new Swiss Army knife of project management
Regional Development Project Manager
Permanent contract, 100% (40% in Yverdon-les-Bains / 60% in Echallens)
Start date: 1st October 2026 or to be agreed
If you recognise yourself in the following:
- You are a MacGyver of project management
- You want to give meaning to your work
- You have an enterprising and autonomous personality
- You are committed to integrating the development challenges of the regions you work for
- Having a degree is good! But whether it is in economics, spatial planning, mobility, marketing or any other field, what matters to us is your personality and your value for a job well done
- You like to organise and plan by adapting your thinking and you don’t fuss over details
- You don’t associate Office suite software with swear words
- You know the Northern Vaud and Gros-de-Vaud regions inside out or you are ready to love them as much as we do
- You know how to smile, think, laugh, lend a hand, have an analytical mind and adapt to the wind even when it changes
- You know how to learn and integrate quickly into multifunctional and dynamic teams
- Your spelling is good and you know how to write reports (we’re not looking for Marc Voltenauer, rest assured)
- You like challenges without your ambition being to send a satellite into space
If you accept these missions:
- Finalise and implement the Master Plan for Business Zones (PDZA) project in collaboration with the municipalities and the State of Vaud, a serious project with committed and collaborative people
- Imagine, analyse, propose, accept, participate in and/or lead economic and regional development projects in any field, you like everything? Great, you will never be bored!
- Facilitate, inform, coordinate the stakeholders of these projects: elected officials, technicians, contractors, business leaders, experts, (...), in short people from all backgrounds
- Manage the administration, correspondence and budgets of the projects you lead
- Promote these projects in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication teams (because taking the time to say we do a good job is important)
- Lead information sessions and share a friendly drink (there is water and good regional wines)
- Explore and travel through the beautiful regions of Northern Vaud and Gros-de-Vaud
So become this five-legged teammate everyone is looking for, but come to us!
With us, we like to work but also to enjoy a balance with private life, which is why:
- You will benefit from flexible hours throughout the year
- You are well insured against life’s mishaps but also for your pension from the very first franc of salary
- Remote work is facilitated, your office is a computer and a mobile phone but there is always a place for you in our offices and we like to see you there
- Your colleagues are friendly (which is better, you spend a lot of time with them)
Why choose us?
- Because contributing to the economic development of Northern Vaud and Gros-de-Vaud is different from the Lausanne metropolitan area but our values are healthy and inspiring and will appeal to you
- Because with us you have the right to make mistakes and the opportunity to learn
- Because we already love your innovative ideas!
