Team Leader Maintenance and Technical Building After-Sales Service (M/F) Heating – Hydraulics - Heat Pumps – Biomass – Ventilation - Regulation

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organise and coordinate maintenance, repair and commissioning activities
• Supervise, support and develop the team’s skills
• Ensure the quality of interventions and customer satisfaction
• Provide technical support during diagnostics and complex situations
• Manage priorities, emergencies and resource planning
• Participate in the development of maintenance contracts and service offerings
• Ensure operational and economic monitoring of the activity
• Participate in technical field interventions and on-call service

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical training in heating, electricity, automation, electromechanics or equivalent
• Proven experience in maintenance, after-sales service, repair or commissioning of technical building installations
• Good knowledge of heating, hydraulics, regulation and electricity
• Experience with heat pumps; knowledge of biomass, ventilation or BMS/DCS is an advantage
• Experience in team leadership or strong managerial potential
• Ability to organise, coordinate and develop a team
• Customer service orientation, autonomy and initiative
• Category B driving licence
• Knowledge of German: an asset
