Your Tasks
- Telephone and written advice to customers - from the offer to the conclusion
- 360° advice on the entire product range with a focus on insurance products
- Processing qualified leads from internal departments
- Active sales and advice on vehicle insurance
- Building sustainable customer relationships
Your Profile
- Certification as an insurance intermediary VBV or VBV partial certification insurance and non-life
- Confident German and French in spoken and written form (level at least B2)
- Sales and advisory talent with a focus on customer needs
- Solution-oriented and organised way of working
- Determined, conscientious, communicative and with positive energy
