- Reduction of dependency on the ERP provider by building internal expertise and implementing standard solutions.
- Daily support and training of users to solve problems and improve system usage.
- Monitoring system performance and implementing measures to increase system availability and efficiency
- Extensive experience in managing ERP projects and application management
- Solid database knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a positive personality.

Profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a similar field, ideally with an IT focus.- Extensive experience in managing ERP projects and application management
- Solid database knowledge
- Strong communication skills and a positive personality.
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
