Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and coordinate the work on our new construction projects in the canton of Vaud.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality standards.
- Supervise on-site teams and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards.
- Manage the administrative and financial aspects of the sites, including invoicing and budget monitoring.
Your profile
- Degree in site management or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in site management (minimum 5 years) and in the construction sector.
- Ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Good experience in general contracting.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team player.
- Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations.
- Rigour, organisation, flexibility.
