As an insurance and pension advisor, you are responsible for the management, retention and development of a portfolio of private and corporate clients in the Pully region and its surroundings.

Attuned to your clients’ needs, you support them with professionalism and proximity by offering personalised solutions in the areas of:

•    personal and property insurance;
•    private and occupational pension provision;

Thanks to your network and commercial acumen, you develop new trusted relationships and actively contribute to the agency’s growth.

What You Bring

• A strong professional ethic
• AFA insurance intermediary certificate (all-branches profile) or motivation to obtain it
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in insurance advice, pension provision or financial services
• Excellent client relationship and business development skills
• Regional network and local roots are a real advantage
• Dynamic, positive and persuasive personality
• Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork
• Native French speaker or excellent command of French; any other language is an asset

To perform this role, the Insurance Supervision Act requires possession of the AFA insurance intermediary certificate, all-branches profile. If this certificate is not yet available, we will gladly assist you by organising tailored internal training.
