Service Technician (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000How are recyclable materials managed efficiently? Our Rocken partner develops and implements customised systems in waste logistics – from compact solutions to integrated system plants. The engineering company plans and builds systems for recycling companies, printing houses, financial institutions, packaging producers, and logistics centres. The focus is on recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, films, PET, and refuse. The team works on a project basis, technically demanding and customer-oriented. Role:
You enjoy practical work, like being on the move, and appreciate direct contact with customers? In this role, you take on service, assembly, and commissioning tasks and ensure that machines and systems operate reliably.
Responsibilities:
Service assignments for machines and systems at customer sites
Carrying out maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
Fault diagnosis and technical assessment of system conditions
Adjustment and modernisation of existing machines
Assembly and commissioning of new machines and systems
Conducting tests and functional checks
Advising and supporting customers as well as training users
Documentation of completed work
Qualifications:
Vocational training as a agricultural machinery, polymechanic, vehicle, or construction machinery mechanic
Practical experience in mechanics and hydraulics
Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and welding technology
Experience in customer service and enjoyment of customer contact
Independent, precise, and reliable working style
Willingness for frequent travel
Very good German skills; additional languages such as English are an advantage
Driving licence category B
