What you will drive forward

In this role, you will be a specialist in the development, harmonisation and continuous improvement of the processes of the Unia unemployment fund. You will ensure the management and documentation of processes to guarantee consistent and effective practices at the national level. Main activities include mapping, drafting and updating processes as well as monitoring their implementation. You will support and advise departments in their improvement projects and ensure the follow-up of action plans. You will also develop indicators to measure process effectiveness and prepare reports for management. You will contribute to document management, coordinate idea management and actively participate in developing a culture of continuous improvement within the fund.

What you bring

• Higher education or vocational training completed by training in process management, quality or equivalent
• Professional experience in process management, quality or continuous improvement
• Experience in process mapping, documentation and optimisation
• Good project management skills and experience in following up action plans
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
• Confidence in advising and supporting managers and various departments
• Very good communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Proficiency in office tools and ease with document and process management tools
• Structured and rigorous working method, autonomy and sense of responsibility
