Technician Building Services / Plant Operation & Fault Management (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF85,000 - 95,000Role:
Keeping technical systems under control, resolving faults quickly and continuously improving building services - is that your strength? You can expect a varied role with responsibility for operation, maintenance and optimisation of modern building systems.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and ensuring plant operation
Maintenance, repair and upkeep of technical building systems
Support and fault rectification on HVAC systems
Optimisation of systems, processes and technical workflows
Documentation of completed work and materials used
Technical support for internal and external contacts
Taking on on-call duties and availability for short-notice assignments
Qualifications:
Technical training in building services engineering or a comparable field
Professional experience in technical maintenance
Sound knowledge of heating, ventilation and air conditioning
Knowledge of Siemens Desigo CC is a plus
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented personality
Team-oriented and communicative working style
