Specialist AVOR (a), (80-100%)
To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly seeking highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in "Peptide Manufacturing Support" we are looking for a committed Specialist AVOR (a), (80-100%)
Your tasks
- Planning and control of material flow including further preparatory work activities, taking into account capacities, deadlines, and production targets
- Creation, maintenance, and optimisation of work plans and bills of materials (BOMs) to ensure efficient production
- Close collaboration and coordination with detailed planning, production, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production processes
- Responsible for compliance with GMP and HSE regulations.
- Independent planning and prioritisation of tasks considering supervisor instructions and adherence to deadlines
- Implementation of continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity
- Training of new employees without direct managerial responsibility
- Preparation of reports and presentations to illustrate progress and achieved goals
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training in chemical, technical, or commercial fields, ideally with further education in AVOR, production planning, or supply chain management
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in production, logistics, or SCM environment
- Knowledge in creating and maintaining bills of materials (BOMs) and in material disposition
- German: C1 or native speaker
- Good user knowledge of SAP
- Good user knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word, etc.
- High self-motivation, openness to change, and strong sense of responsibility
