For an established institution in the field of long-term care and support in the canton of Zurich, we are looking for a committed individual as a Health Specialist EFZ 50-100% / Deputy Residential Area Manager to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Professional and individual care and support of elderly people
- Co-responsibility for high care and support quality
- Support of qualified nursing staff in assessments and the development of appropriate care measures
- Collaboration in care documentation and the RAI process
- Promotion of the independence and quality of life of residents
- Support in the guidance and training of apprentices
- Assumption of additional responsibility as deputy residential area manager
- Active participation in the further development of care processes and quality standards
- Support and motivation of the team in daily care
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in inpatient long-term care
- Experience in caring for people with dementia
- Knowledge of RAI and/or careCoach is an advantage
- Enjoyment in caring for and supporting elderly people
- Interest in taking responsibility and actively supporting the team
- Quality awareness as well as a structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Independent, reliable and precise working style
- Openness to change and enjoyment in further developing existing processes
- Team spirit and strong social skills
