Role:
Our partner is an innovative Swiss software and consulting firm for modern ERP solutions. For this newly created key position, we are looking for a reliable doer personality at the interface of finance and IT. With your expertise in financial and payroll accounting as well as national and international VAT, you advise customers and ensure that their financial processes are optimally set up, trained, and thoroughly tested in the Odoo ERP system.

Responsibilities:
In your central consulting role, you support new customers with the setup of chart of accounts, bank connections, and payment processes in Odoo.
You act as the first point of contact for customers regarding the Odoo finance and accounting modules.
You provide competent advice on tax matters such as taxes as well as national and international VAT.
You conduct practical Odoo training sessions for customers or take on the leadership of your own customer projects.
You analyse the professional requirements of new customers and drive the optimisation and automation of existing financial processes.
Qualifications:
Commercial basic education - preferably in the fiduciary sector (commercial clerk/fiduciary) or comparable qualification.
Solid practical experience in accounting and controlling (financial/management accounting, support/preparation of annual financial statements).
Strong enthusiasm for IT and ERP software with the drive to help shape systems and functions.
Reliable, curious personality with a solution-oriented "hands-on" mentality.
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
