Student BSc in Nursing (Additional Module B)

The medical department Heart / Vascular unites the university clinics for heart and vascular surgery, cardiology, and angiology. As nationwide leading centres in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with heart and circulatory diseases, the range of services includes the entire spectrum of interventional and surgical treatments. On the wards of the University Clinic for Heart and Vascular Surgery, patients with vascular diseases, aneurysms, coronary heart disease, and heart defects are hospitalised and cared for for surgical treatment.

What to expect

• Consolidation of your role as a BSc nursing professional after your bachelor’s degree at the Bern University of Applied Sciences
• Professional implementation of what you have learned into practice and consolidation of your expertise
• Broad insight into medical and nursing therapy and treatment options
• No more than three months may elapse between completing your studies and starting the internship
