In this role, you play a central part in the technical management and further development of the Microsoft 365 platform as well as Azure services, thereby laying the foundation for a modern, integrated digital working environment in a regulated production setting. You take on the design, operation and continuous development of standardised cloud and collaboration services, ensuring their controlled, integrated and sustainable use, and drive standardisation, automation and governance forward. You are responsible for the development and implementation of strategies for identity, access and device management in IT and OT environments, including the integration of Microsoft 365 services into existing on-premises and cloud landscapes. Additionally, you develop and implement security, segmentation and hardening specifications within the framework of cloud-specific requirements and actively shape the IT/OT architecture, the associated service environment as well as group-wide IT standards and policies. Furthermore, you lead IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle and contribute with your structured, security-oriented engineering approach to reducing complexity and increasing operational reliability in the long term.
Responsibilities:
- You design and are responsible for service design and service management for standardised cloud and collaboration services.
- In this role, you take on engineering, operation and continuous development of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
- You standardise and automate the cloud services landscape and ensure effective governance.
- As an IT Systems Engineer Cloud and Collaboration, you develop and implement identity, access and device strategies across IT and OT domains.
- You integrate Microsoft 365 services into existing IT and OT system landscapes both on-premises and in the cloud.
- In this role, you lead IT projects and bear overall responsibility throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Completed IT studies or higher technical education (TS, HF, FH) with a focus on computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Extensive know-how in Microsoft 365, Azure services and Entra ID as well as in identity, access and device management
- Very good knowledge of scripting and automation, especially with PowerShell
- Strong architectural understanding with a view to end-to-end services, stability and operational reliability
- Strong security mindset with a focus on availability, resilience and damage limitation
- Very good German skills as well as confident and professional communication in French
