Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the holistic management of your own property portfolio – both commercially and technically.
You maintain direct contact with owners, tenants and craftsmen and ensure a trusting collaboration.
With your organisational talent, you conduct apartment inspections and handovers and coordinate maintenance work as well as minor renovation projects.
You handle rental contracts, terminations and other administrative processes carefully and customer-oriented.
Qualifications:
You have completed a commercial or technical education and bring several years of experience in Swiss property management.
Thanks to your practical expertise, you manage the diverse tasks of property management independently.
Your communication skills and interpersonal tact help you to understand concerns and find fair, sustainable solutions.
You are a committed team player, enjoy working independently and feel comfortable in a small team with short decision-making paths.
You have impeccable German language skills, both spoken and written.
