Intern WMS «Debtors»
Your tasks
- Process application forms for new customer credit sales including LSV / DD
- Coordinate new customers with the team master data
- Manage changes to credit customer cards
- Process credit sales "various customers"
- Create service invoices
- Process dunning lists
- Manage general mailboxes
- Support closing tasks
- Customer support
What you bring
- Good written and spoken expression in German and French
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Reliability and sense of responsibility when handling financial data
- Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Meeting deadlines and setting priorities
- Good analytical skills
