Your Tasks and Perspectives

Care of patients in the interdisciplinary emergency centre as well as in the Integrated Emergency Practice (INP) with around 25,000 patient contacts per year
Participation in the resuscitation team
Collaboration in the emergency doctor service if interested and suitably qualified
Development perspective to senior physician (acting) possible

Completed medical studies with at least two years of clinical experience in emergency medicine relevant fields such as surgery, internal medicine, anaesthesia, intensive care, paediatrics, cardiology or neurology
Ideally experience in emergency medicine and interest in the career track of interdisciplinary emergency medicine
Completed courses such as ACLS, ATLS and basic emergency ultrasound course are an advantage
Flexible, team-oriented, independent, committed and responsible personality
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form

Personal and professional support on the path to becoming an emergency physician including structured career planning
Wide range of internal and external further training including daily 30-minute structured training (Mon-Fri), CRM training in the shock room, ACLS, ATLS, basic emergency ultrasound course, adaptive learning via NEJM Knowledge+ and NEJM Resident 360°
Further training authorisations: Category 2 clinical emergency medicine SGNOR (1 year), emergency doctor location, general internal medicine category IV (1 year) and ultrasound - specialist in sonography, POCUS basic emergency ultrasound component 1
Fixed-term position for one year - with option for extension and further development within the institution

Start date 1 October 2028 or shortly by arrangement
