Precision Assembly Operator (M/F)

Our agency, commissioned by a watchmaking client based in Geneva, is looking for a Precision Assembly Operator (M/F) to strengthen its existing teams.

Profile sought:

• Meticulousness and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of self-inspection.
• Familiarity with reading plans.
• Ability to work independently, meticulousness, great dexterity.
• Excellent visual acuity and a rigorous sense of work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Capable of maintaining a good level of concentration on repetitive tasks.
• Enjoys teamwork and communication.

• Perform manual or semi-automatic assembly operations of precision components.
• Assemble semi-finished and finished products according to manufacturing instructions.
• Comply with production procedures as well as quality requirements.
• Ensure the monitoring of your production while respecting quality, quantity and deadline objectives.
• Participate in maintaining an organised and efficient working environment.
