Property Manager Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 115,000Role:

Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive management of rental properties and accompany the objects throughout the entire management cycle.
From viewings and apartment handovers to contract changes and rent adjustments, you are responsible for all commercial management topics.
You coordinate external craftsmen and service providers, supervise technical facility management, and oversee maintenance, renovation work, and minor construction projects.
Utility billing, dunning, and debt collection are also part of your responsibilities, as is the professional handling of all administrative tasks.
You maintain a solution-oriented exchange with tenants, clients, authorities, and partners, ensuring a high level of service quality.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial or technical basic education forms your foundation.
You must have practical experience in property management.
Organisational talent, resilience, and an independent as well as reliable working style characterise you.
You communicate confidently in German and French and have good MS Office skills.
