Site Supervisor HVAC Installer (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will take charge of the site supervision for the installation of heating and ventilation systems, ensuring that all work is carried out professionally and on schedule. You will coordinate the processes on site, liaise with the trades involved, and keep an overview of materials, quality and safety. As an experienced professional, you will make decisions directly on site and ensure that technical specifications are reliably implemented. Additionally, you will monitor the progress of the work and document the services performed.
Responsibilities:
You lead and coordinate installation work in the area of heating and ventilation.
You take on the technical leadership of the installation team and organise the daily work on site.
You ensure the timely and professional implementation of installations according to plans and technical specifications.
You coordinate the work with project management, site management and other trades on site.
You read and interpret execution plans and technical drawings and apply them in practice.
You monitor construction progress and identify potential technical or organisational challenges early.
You assist with commissioning and necessary adjustment or optimisation work.
You ensure compliance with quality, safety and occupational health regulations.
You communicate directly with customers and contacts on site and represent the employer professionally.
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a heating installer EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ or a comparable technical qualification.
You bring several years of professional experience in the field of heating and/or ventilation.
Ideally, you have already gained experience in a site supervisory role or in leading installation teams.
You have a good technical understanding and can confidently read and implement plans and schematics.
You work independently, in a structured and responsible manner and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
You have good organisational and communication skills and present yourself confidently to customers and project partners.
You are a committed team player and gladly take responsibility on site.
You have good German language skills in spoken and written form.
