Your area of responsibility

• You lead our young HVACSE team both professionally and personally and develop the employees in a targeted manner
• With your know-how, you ensure clear standards, uniform working methods and a high planning quality within the team
• You create the professional foundations so that the team can implement projects independently, efficiently and with high quality
• You coordinate internal and external planning partners and ensure smooth collaboration across all specialist areas
• As a role model, you get involved, support with demanding issues and provide the team with professional confidence in day-to-day business

Your foundation

• You have a completed degree or further training in the field of building services engineering (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary or electrical) or have a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in planning and implementing building services projects distinguish you; experience in timber or modular construction is a plus
• You have a broad professional base and enjoy passing on knowledge as well as building and developing teams professionally
• You know how to define standards, ensure quality and sustainably organise a company
• Taking responsibility is natural for you. You act pragmatically, solution-oriented and with a healthy hands-on mentality
• You are a doer who likes to drive topics forward, make decisions and achieve concrete results together with the team
