Sales Manager Construction Industry (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced sales professional for technical sales in the construction industry. You will look after existing customers, acquire new business partners, and strategically develop the sales territory. You will advise on technical solutions and accompany customers from needs assessment to successful completion.
Responsibilities:
Care and expansion of existing customer relationships in the construction industry
Active new customer acquisition and development of the sales territory
Technical advice to builders, architects, planners, and specialist partners
Preparation and follow-up of quotations and sales projects
Analysis of customer requirements and development of suitable solutions
Monitoring of market, competitor, and industry trends
Achievement of sales, turnover, and margin targets
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with federal certificate (EFZ) with further training in sales or business administration
Several years of experience in field sales or technical sales in the construction industry
Sound knowledge in the construction, façade, sun protection, or building technology sector
Experience in new customer acquisition, customer consulting, and quotation management
Very good German language skills spoken and written
